3 dental implants with a 4 tooth bridge.
The patient had an old denture which they did not like the appearance of. We replaced the top front teeth using 3 dental implants and a 4 tooth porcelain bridge. We also placed a new porcelain veneer on one of the front teeth too. This has given the patient a strong bite back and a smile they are happy with.
